At Lakriticale India Pharmaceuticals, we value customer satisfaction. However, due to the sensitive and regulated nature of pharmaceutical products, we follow strict refund guidelines.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund is applicable only under the following circumstances:

  • The product delivered is expired, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The product packaging is severely damaged at the time of delivery.
  • You received a product different from what was ordered.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Opened, used, or partially used products
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • Products purchased under discounts/offers unless defective
  • Products returned without original packaging

3. Reporting Timeframe

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Reports made after 48 hours will not be eligible for refund consideration.

4. Required Proof

You must share:

  • Clear photos/videos of damaged/incorrect product
  • Order number and invoice details

5. Refund Process

  • Once validated, refunds are processed within 10–15 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
