Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Join our team as a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and oversee sales operations across multiple territories, driving growth, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and objectives.
  2. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers and sales representatives to maximize performance and productivity.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, including expanding market presence and developing key accounts.
  4. Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  7. Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements within the region.

  1. Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  4. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
  5. Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  6. Results-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to achieving goals and driving success.
  7. Knowledge of the industry and relevant products/services, with the ability to understand customer needs and market dynamics.
  8. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  9. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  10. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region as required.
