Join our team as a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and oversee sales operations across multiple territories, driving growth, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers and sales representatives to maximize performance and productivity.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, including expanding market presence and developing key accounts.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements within the region.
