1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
- Once shipped or dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

3. Cancellation by Company
We may cancel an order if:
- The product is out of stock
- There is an incorrect price listing
- Payment is incomplete or flagged as suspicious
- Delivery address is unserviceable
If canceled by the company, you will receive a full refund.
4. Refund for Canceled Orders
- Approved cancellations are processed within 10–15 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
